The 2007 Collins Cup, one of our premier scrabble tournaments takes place in Cape Town on 20 and 21 October. The venue will be Camps Bay High School which has magnificent views of Camps Bay and the 12 Apostles.

Duncan Keet and his committee in Cape Town are putting the event together and the Cape scrabblers are terrific hosts. This promises to be a really great event. I would urge Gauteng Scrabble Players and those from other promises and of course the Zambian players to travel to Cape Town for this event

The tournament will end by 5pm on Sunday to enable players needing to catch flights back to JHB to travel home on Sunday night flights. Some of the Cape Town players can assist with accomodation.

Please book your flights early to get better prices.
